Poppy will email you once your order ships, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Checking your Spam folder helps too in case it lands there! You can also track order details and fulfillment status by using our handy order bot.
The Order Bot can provide an order update if you are able to provide the order number (PPY-XXXX) and the email associated with that order.
